National Bank Held Up
An armed (1) took place at
the local National Bank yesterday. Two men dressed
in black entered the bank at 9am pretending to be
clients. Just before they reached the teller, the

their guns and then asked for all the money. The
terrified teller did as he was told, and
(3) nobody was hurt.
However, a police car happened to be passing by at

of a nearby café, who had realised what was going
on, stopped it. The policemen went after the two

through the streets of the city, they finally caught
them. The two men turned out to be wanted for
other crimes as well. There was evidence that they

Last Wednesday is a day that I will never forget.
I finally got promoted to sales manager! I was not
planning to celebrate it because I had been too
busy to organise anything. When I got home,
I got a call from my colleague, Mark, who
told me that something

the office. He told me to get to the office

explain the problem. When I was entering my office,
the lights suddenly (3) . I heard some strange noises, but I couldn’t
