fitness classes, but we specialise in martial arts, and boast a
certified martial arts instructor from Japan. We have sports
clubs with regular games for each season, and we also give

so many fun, family-related activities to do here, you’ll never want
to leave. We have an Olympic-sized pool with swimming lessons

Our state-of-the-art facilities are specially designed to suit the
needs of today’s weight-conscious female. We offer weight loss
programmes and 24-hour support, including consultations with
nutritionists and dieticians for the perfect diet plan. We have a
wide range of exercise classes that women will love, as well as
‘Mommy and Me’ aerobics for moms-to-be, and Lamaze classes
on Thursdays.
