What is the difference with Civil Liability Insurance?

Civil Liability insurance covers damage that you may cause to others. The Accident of Life insurance covers damage that you may suffer yourself, without a responsible third party necessarily being involved.
For example, if you fall in the street and injure yourself, you are not covered by your Civil Liability.
What is Permanent Functional Deficit?

Permanent Functional Deficit (PFP) is defined as the sequelae following a traumatic event and presenting a definitive and stable character. It corresponds to the definitive reduction in the victim's functional capacities, whether physiological, intellectual or psycho-sensory, such as permanent pain, physiological disorders or even damage to physical integrity.
This incapacity is medically observed and evaluated between 0 (no permanent functional deficit) and 100%, from the moment when the lesions are fixed and take on a permanent character such that treatment is no longer necessary, if not to avoid aggravation. Following the determination of the degree of permanent functional deficit, the victim will receive compensation for the permanent disability.
